“Autumn was brought into the emergency clinic with a healing fracture of the right femoral neck. Dr. Brown agreed she should be his first BFX® THR rather than amputating her leg. By the time of her surgery, she had been using only three legs for four months. Within two weeks, she was using the operated leg. 10 years later, she is a normal dog. The opposite hip is dysplastic but she does well with it and her BFX hip is the dominant side.”
