“Lottie was presented in October 2014 with a four year history of intermittent left thoracic limb lameness. She was previously treated with a joint supplement, and laser treatments with only slight improvement. CT/radiographs revealed end stage osteoarthritis on her left side, and moderate on the right. TATE total elbow replacement surgery was performed. The six week post op recheck revealed marked improvement in function with mild lameness, and mild discomfort on flexion. Lottie continued improving to resume normal activities with no evidence of lameness. The owners recently reported Lottie is doing great and they are very pleased with the results.”
